Website purpose

The website describes U.Avero’s C-level advisory, implementation, automation and business process outsourcing capabilities and provides interactive tools and contact routes for business users. Website content is general information only. It is not a binding offer, statement of work or guarantee that a service is available for a particular organisation, jurisdiction or matter.

No professional advice or client relationship

Website content and tool results are not legal, tax, audit, accounting, investment, regulatory, cybersecurity, engineering or other regulated professional advice. Decisions should be made using advice from appropriately qualified professionals where required.

Submitting an enquiry, using a tool or receiving a response does not create a client, fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership or other professional relationship. A client relationship begins only when the relevant parties sign a written agreement defining the scope, responsibilities, fees and other terms.

Confidential and sensitive information

A website submission is not protected by an NDA unless a written confidentiality agreement is already in force. Do not submit classified, export-controlled, special-category, privileged, credential, security-sensitive or other confidential material through the public form. Contact us first to agree a suitable channel. Requesting an NDA or secure channel through the form does not itself create one.

Automation, BPO and client-retained responsibilities

Descriptions of automation, implementation, embedded teams or BPO explain possible engagement models. They do not imply that U.Avero operates an unlisted process, provides unnamed capacity, offers a universal service level or assumes a client’s statutory, board, officer, regulated-professional or final approval responsibilities.

Any managed process is governed by a separate written agreement that defines its boundaries, inputs and outputs, controls, service measures, access, data-processing roles, escalation, change control, client-retained decisions and transition or exit arrangements.

Defence, regulated and cross-border matters

References to DefTech, MilTech, FinTech, AdTech, regulated activity, grants, procurement, sanctions, export controls or specific standards describe subject areas and do not represent a licence, certification, authorisation, legal conclusion or guarantee of eligibility. Users remain responsible for obtaining qualified advice and all approvals, licences and permissions required for their activity and jurisdiction.

Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful internal business evaluation. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, misrepresent identity or authority, or use the form for spam, deception or unlawful material.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding, design and software are owned by or licensed to U.Agency OÜ and protected by applicable law. You may view and make a reasonable internal, non-commercial copy for evaluating U.Avero. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. The Cookie Policy explains the current use of cookies and similar technologies. Those policies form part of the information governing use of the website.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to later website use.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving a person of mandatory protections that apply under another law. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Any client engagement is governed by the law and dispute terms in its separate agreement.
